Support Mineral Withdrawal

Contact our U.S. Senators and Congresspeople to let them know you support Representative Grijalva's Mineral Withdrawal bill for the Forest Service lands in Pima and Santa Cruz Counties. Thanks to everyone who sent in comments to the PAG Regional Council regarding the proposed amendment to allocate funds to widen SR 83, and to everyone who showed up for the public hearing on March 29th. Due to your involvement, the Council voted unanimously to exclude this amendment from the 2040 Regional Transportation Plan. This is yet another success in our efforts to stop the proposed Rosemont mine in a string of sucesses so far in 2012!
