Terry Rambler, Chairman of the San Carlos Apache Tribe, wrote a compelling letter to the editor of the Los Angeles Times. He points out that some backroom deals would give the two mining companies behind the proposed Resolution Copper Mine more than $400 million worth of groundwater. Free!
