ADEQ Air Quality Permit Public Meetings


There is an upcoming Public Hearing on September 10, and we are asking any and all members of this community to show up in person!


Public Hearing

This meeting will be your chance to share comments with ADEQ publicly.  We are providing you with talking points for those who would feel more comfortable speaking up with science-based arguments, but you are also free and encouraged to speak from the heart.


  • Date: Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2024

  • Time: 6 – 9 p.m.

  • Location: Corona Foothills Middle School, 16705 S. Houghton Road, Vail, AZ 85641

We really need people to show up IN PERSON, but for those who can't make it, you can stream online here. Note that this is an informal stream set up by SSSR, which means that people who watch online will not be able to ask questions or comment, and the audio quality may not be as good as attending in person.

SSSR is working with the Center for Biological Diversity and technical experts to review the permit and provide our formal comments.
