What Can I Do?

Hudbay, a foreign company, is seeking to own, control and excavate thousands of acres of public and private land that generations of Arizonans and Native Tribes have experienced as their home; land that has nourished the bodies, hearts and souls of people since prehistoric times, and even more so, today.

This foreign company has money and clever schemes, but Arizonans and Native Tribes have laws and personal stories that over the long term can prevail.

It is essential to understand these laws and to share these stories.

If you discover that Hudbay is seeking to own, control, and excavate land that is important to your family, threatening the water, air, wildlife or recreational resources that you and your family cherish, speak out, organize your neighbors, and resist.

THANK Pima County and the City of Tucson for their continuing opposition to the mines.

REMIND ARIZONA AGENCIES such as the ADEQ, the Arizona Land Office, and the Arizona Mining Inspector, of their mission to protect the public health of all Arizonans
